About Kiersten...
Here's a little bit about me and why I'm sharing my story with the world:
To most who know me, I’m a Shark Tank-winning, self-taught carpenter & furniture designer who built an internationally-known kids’ furniture company out of my LA garage. What many don't know; however, is that I’m also an ordinary, science-minded mom of two who was thrown into extraordinary circumstances at the age of 36 when I suddenly started seeing and hearing spirits of deceased children, some of whom were killed by predators. At first, I thought I was losing my mind or breathing too much polyurethane in my workshop. My intuitive awakening led to quiet partnerships with detectives around the country and a traditional publishing deal for my memoir, Little Voices. But there's more. Little did I know when the kids started coming to me more than ten years ago, they weren’t just looking for help...they were coming to help reveal dark secrets from my own childhood and save me from a sociopathic predator in my midst. In film/tv speak, it's MEDIUM meets DIRTY JOHN meets GHOST WHISPERER. TOPICS INCLUDED IN THE BOOK The book tackles hard subjects like childhood sexual abuse, sudden onset mediumship, failed business deals, Shark Tank experiences, marriage reconciliation, generational cycles of abuse, healing, and narcissistic and sociopathic abuse in a very vulnerable yet humorous (at times) way. WHY I WROTE THE BOOK I wrote Little Voices in order to help skeptics and domestic violence survivors open themselves to the possibility that intuition is real and it can save your life. It saved mine. My hope is that if we can all learn to recognize, value and use our own intuitive gifts, we can heal old wounds and create the life we want to live. I currently live in the Phoenix, AZ area with husband, Scott, oldest daughter, Natalie, and pup, Scout. Our youngest daughter lives in Tucson, Arizona. Lastly, while I'm still a CEO professionally, I do volunteer my time working with detectives across the country on missing persons and homicide cases. I didn't go looking for any of what found me, but I'm grateful for where I am today. I do want to mention that Detective Mark Pucci (NYPD) and I recently co-founded a nonprofit that will help (at not cost) families of missing and murdered (NILJ.org). Mark kindly wrote the foreword for Little Voices, as well. |

Proud Mama
Our girls are our world. They're our heart and soul. Scott and I are incredibly proud of them for who they are as people—caring, compassionate human beings. But we're also proud of them for what they bring to the world from an artistic perspective. Here's a look at their respective sites:
